Booking via e-mail
For many years K. Hansen Transport has work intensively to simplify our booking system to make it easier for our customer and to simplify our internal work flow. We have come far in this process and therefore we prefer on-line bookings via our on-line booking system or via integrated EDI solutions.
If you arrive in a situation, where you have to make bookings via e-mail, please use below e-mail address. We kindly ask you to include the information listed below in your e-mail so that we have a freight and invoicing basis to make the transport service on!
E-mail booking must contain the following information:
- Sender
- Receiver
- Date for pick-up and delivery
- Cargo type
- Number of colli, pallets, etc.
- Weight and volume
- Any remarks
