Track & Trace

K. Hansen Transport A/S offers a Track & Trace solution that enables our customers to track their shipments online at the parcel level. This can be done through our web booking system and, in the future, via our website.

Shipments are scanned throughout the entire shipping flow, from pickup at our customer's premises to arrival at our terminal, unloading from the outgoing vehicle, and delivery to the recipient. This allows our customers to track the progress of their goods on their way to the recipient at any time, as well as view a wide range of other details about the shipment.

The scanners update continuously, so details about the shipment are available immediately after scanning.

Upon delivery, the recipient signs for the shipment on the scanner, making it possible to view an E-POD via the web booking. And in cases where our customers allow us to deliver without a signature, a photo of the delivery is taken as documentation that the goods were physically present at the address. This is particularly suitable for deliveries to construction sites, private recipients, etc.
