Good customer service is of paramount importance to K. Hansen Transport A/S.

We are therefore constantly working to improve our customer service so that you, as a buyer of a transport or logistics service from us, receive excellent treatment. This excellent treatment should be evident from the very first contact between you and one of our employees, until we deliver the final product to the recipient, and in the subsequent invoicing and follow-up process.

You are always welcome to contact one of your regular contacts in our organization. If you do not have a regular contact person, or if you are unsure who can help you, we are always ready to answer your questions. Your inquiries may concern delivery requests, bookings, receipts, etc.
